A & H Housing, formally known as Factory Street L.P., Main Street Phase III, and Valley Affordable Housing Corp., consists of sixteen (16) one-bedroom units, twenty-four (24) two- bedroom units, thirty-two (32) three-bedroom units, and seven (7) four-bedroom units for families and singles whose income is at or below 60% of the income limits. The apartments are scattered among the neighborhood of the old Ann and Hope Mill in Cumberland RI.
A&H Housing LP is a LIHTC development designed for families and singles, income guidelines are established through the Tax Credit program.
Eligibility is based on family size and includes all sources of income within the family. Applicants may be declined due to negative credit history, criminal history, or a negative landlord reference. Applicants must also provide at least five years of landlord history.
